Short Term Let Rooms

About Us

We took over the business here in August 2018 and have been fully renovating the site and took our first bookings February 2019.

We have ten short term let rooms, offering accommodation for up to one month in a single booking. All rooms are en-suite with kitchenettes comprising of fridge/freezer, microwave oven, hob, sink, toaster and kettle and come fully equipped with pots pans and crockery. All available rooms are newly renovated with newly fitted en-suite with oversized walk in showers, all new bedroom furniture with a smart tv and small dining area as standard.

At Ramsey rooms we have no check in desk or anyone based on site but we are always a call way if needed. All booking and site monitoring is handled remotely, rooms have Wi-Fi controlled door locks with a new code generated for the duration of your booking. We have ample free parking for all guests although as access is through a historic arch way there is a height limit of 2.7m for all vehicles, access for cars and medium sized vans is ample, there is usually on street parking available for oversized vehicles if required.

We work in partnership with the on-site pub restaurant “The Ale House Kitchen” The pub is also under new management and has been under refurbishment. They are open for food and drinks Tuesday evening through to Sunday evening with lunch being served Wednesday to Sunday and also incorporates a separate gin bar open Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Booking is recommended in advance for food especially on the weekend. They are available on 01487 710128.

At the time of writing there are no breakfast facility’s available on site but there a number of excellent cafes within walking distance, full details of which and other local facility’s will be provided in your room.
